Change Monitoring Service

To help you identify and stop fraud, the Tax Contact of your business will get an email noting any changes made to your business record with the Secretary of State's Office. Accounts are monitored daily and any information changed under the Contact, Registered Agent, Manager LLC & Officer Corp Sections will trigger an email.

Add service today at checkout and coverage will be through the following tax year due date. Currently, there is no autorenewal so you must renew each year in order to keep this service.
