Individuals who have a child support case may access data related to child support payments, balances due and case status. This private and confidential information is available only to the individual parties in the case. You must know your child support case number and other personal information to access the data. If you do not have your child support case number, you will need to contact the child support office that manages your case by phone, mail or fax.
Unauthorized use or attempts to access the data for anything other than its intended purpose is prohibited and may result in criminal prosecution. For your protection, a log of all requests to access case data is recorded.
