Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 63. V2 AND V3 WERE TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 63. V1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE INTO THE TURNING LANE AND CONTINUED INTO ONCOMING NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC. V1 STRUCK THE DRIVERS SIDE OF V2 THEN STRUCK V3 HEAD ON. DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER JEREMY THROESCH. DRIVER OF V2 WAS NOT INJURED.
