Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HOWELL CABIN DR. VEHICLE WAS MOVED AND OCCUPANTS OF VEH WERE GONE FROM SCENE WHEN OFFICERS ARRIVED. INVESTIGATION INDICATES THAT THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND THE VEH WENT OFF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT.
