DRIVER OF V2 WAS ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A LEFT TURN ONTO PHILLIPS COUNTY ROAD 319 WHEN V1 STRUCK V2 IN THE SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANE. V1 WAS ALSO OCCUPIED BY THREE JUVENILE PASSENGERS WHO WERE ALSO INJURED.
