Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE AND DROVE OFF THE LEFT SIDE THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE THEN ROLLED OVER INTO A DITCH AND ENDED UP IN A LAKE. RONNIE MITCHELL WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY THE PHILLIPS COUNTY CORONER TOMMY HUNT AT 4:02 A.M.
