Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 165 NEAR D.A. RICHTER LANE WHEN IT LOST CONTROL AND LEFT THE ROADWAY. V1 OVERTURNED. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE BY ARKANSAS COUNTY DEPUTY CORONER JESS ESSEX AT 5:47 P.M.
