Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 30. AHEAD OF V1 TRAFFIC HAD SLOWED TO A STOP DUE TO ONGOING ROAD CONSTRUCTION SEVERAL MILES AHEAD. V1 FAILED TO ADEQUATELY SLOW DOWN AND THEN STEERED LEFT LEAVING THE ROADWAY INTO THE MEDIAN. V1 TRAVELED INTO THE MEDIAN WHERE THE RIGHT SIDE OF V1 COLLIDED WITH THE TREE LINE.
