Initial Narrative     V1 ATTEMPED TO PASS ANOTHER VEHICLE TRAVELING NORTHBOUND. V1 ENTERED THE PATH OF V2 AND COLLIDED HEAD ON. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE. ALSO INJURED WAS GARRETT STEPHENSON 11-24-2008 PASSENGER V2 SEAT BELT WAS USED. NOT INJURED KAYLEIGH STEPHENSON 8-30-2010 SEAT BELT WAS USED.
