Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 71 NEAR HIGHWAY 45 AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. V-1 EXITED THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT COLLIDING WITH A POLE. THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE.
