Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELLING NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 103 AND ENTERED A LEFT CURVE AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. DRIVER OF V1 FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE LEFT THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A TREE. V1 CONTINUED TO SLIDE OUT OF CONTROL THROUGH A DITCH AND STRUCK A FENCE BEFORE COMING TO REST.
