Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON CANNON HILL RD/NORTH OF HWY 60 WEST. V-1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE LEFT HAND TURN AND LEFT ROADWAY. V-1 STRUCK A TREE AND CAME TO REST ON ITS PASSENGER SIDE. DRIVER V-1 WAS TRAPPED INSIDE VEHICLE. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF ACCIDENT BY PERRY COUNTY CORONER ROSIE PERKINS.
