Initial Narrative     VEHICLE 1 (V1) WAS TRAVELING ON I430 NORTH APPROACHING THE OVERPASS OVER I630. V1 DROVE BETWEEN THE OVERPASS TAKING THE EXIT RAMP TO SHACKLEFORD AND I430 NORTH. V1 WENT DOWN THE EMBANKMENT AND THE FRONT OF V1 STRUCK THE CONCRETE BARRIER DIVIDING I630 EAST FROM THE CONCRETE BRIDGE SUPPORTS. V1 FLIPPED OVER THE CONCRETE BARRIER AND LANDED ON ITS ROOF.
