Initial Narrative     V1 WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PARKING NEXT TO CURB AND WAS BACKING UP TO GET STRAIGHT WITH THE CURB. THE PEDESTRIAN HAD WALKED BEHIND V1 UNKNOWN TO THE DRIVER AND WAS STRUCK BY V1 WHILE BACKING UP.
