Initial Narrative     V1 WAS STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN ON HIGHWAY 358 FACING WEST. V2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 412 BYPASS. V1 STARTED CROSSING HIGHWAY 412 BYPASS CROSSING IN THE PATH OF V2. V2 STRUCK V1 IN THE PASSENGER SIDE CAUSING BOTH VEHICLES TO LEAVE THE HIGHWAY AND V1 TO OVERTURN ONE ROTATION BEFORE COMING TO A FINAL REST FACING NORTH.
