Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 27 AND V2 WAS SOUTHBOUND. V1 WAS FLEEING FROM A NASHVILLE POLICE OFFICER AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. AT THE INTERSECTION OF COLLINS RD AND SH 27 V1 STRUCK V2 HEAD ON. DRIVER V1 WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE AND WAS WEARING A HELMET. DRIVER OF V2 WHO WAS NOT INJURED WAS JAMES L. STEELEY DOB 012667 OF NASHVILLE AR.
