Initial Narrative     VEHICLE WAS NORTH ON HWY 273 RESPONDING TO A MEDICAL EMERGENCY IN CARTHAGE. LOST CONTROL WHILE NEGOTIATING A CURVE, OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES THEN STRUCK A TREE. BOTH OCCUPANTS WERE EJECTED. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE BY TOM TIDWELL DALLAS COUNTY CORONER. PASSENGER EXPIRED SEVERAL HOURS LATER AT JEFFERSON REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER PINE BLUFF AR
