Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 35. V-1 LEFT THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND ENTERED INTO A STEEP EMBANKMENT. V-1 OVERTURNED ONTO ITS TOP AND LANDED IN A DEEP DITCH AREA FULL OF WATER. V-1 CAME TO FINAL REST ON ITS TOP SUBMERGED UNDERWATER FACING IN A SOUTHWESTERN DIRECTION.
