Initial Narrative     V1(LOVE) AND V2(RHODES) WERE TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON I-40 ON THE BRIDGE AT THE 254MM. V1 LOST CONTROL AND STRUCK THE BRIDGE BARRIER ON THE OUTSIDE LANE. AFTER IMPACT V1 CROSSED BOTH WESTBOUND LANES AND THEN STRUCK THE BRIDGE BARRIER ON THE INSIDE LANE. V1 THEN BOUNCED BACK INTO THE WESTBOUND LANES WHERE V1 WAS STRUCK BY V2.
