Initial Narrative     BOTH VEHS WERE SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 301, VEH 1 IN FRONT OF VEH 2. VEH 1 STOPPED TO PICK UP SOMETHING FROM THE ROADWAY. DRIVER OF VEH 2 DID NOT SEE VEH 1 STOP AND STRUCK VEH 1 IN THE REAR. VEH 2 LEFT THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED, EJECTING THE DRIVER.
