Initial Narrative     DRIVER OF V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON US 49 NEGOTIATING A LEFT CURVE LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF US 49 AND SH 90. V1 TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE CROSSED SH 90 AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH US 49 AND TRAVELED OFF THE ROADWAY WHERE IT STRUCK A LARGE CONCRETE CULVERT CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO OVERTURN ONTO ITS PASSENGER SIDE. THE IMPACT CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO CATCH FIRE WITH THE DRIVER INSIDE.
