Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 65. V1 DROVE OFF THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED. THE DRIVER HAD TO BE EXTRICATED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE PASSENGER WAS EJECTED FROM V1. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT JEFFERSON REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER IN PINE BLUFF ON 10/11/2007 AT 10:00AM BY NEUROSURGEON P.B. SIMPSON JR.,MD. DERRICK DILL IS 20 YEARS OLD.
