Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER WAS NEGOTIATING A RIGHT-HAND CURVE AND DOWN A HILL WHEN HER CAR LOST TRACTION AND SPUN CLOCKWISE 180 DEGREES, THEN WENT OFF THE ROAD ON THE RIGHT, SLID DOWN A STEEP EMBANKMENT WHERE THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR MADE IMPACT WITH A LARGE TREE. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT.
