Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WEST BOUND ON I-30 AT THE 89.65 LOG MILE AND CAME OFF THE BRIDGE AND VEERED HARD TO THE RIGHT. V-1 THEN WENT AIRBORNE AND OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES. BROWN WAS EJECTED FROM V-1. THEN V-1 CAUGHT FIRE WITH KIM IN THE VEHICLE. IT'S UNKNOWN IF SEAT BELTS WERE IN USE OR WHICH PERSON WAS DRIVING VEHICLE.
