Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 80. FOR UNKNOWN REASONS V1 RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. DUE TO THE STEEP EMBANKMENT V1 BEGAN TO ROLL SEVERAL TIMES. V1 CAME TO REST ON ITS PASSENGER SIDE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SH 80 FACING SOUTH. OPERATOR OF V1 WAS EJECTED SOUTH OF V1. OPERATOR OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON THE SCENE.
