Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 79. V1 HYDROPLANED AND SPUN AROUND, VEERING ACROSS THE NORTHBOUND LANE ONTO THE SHOULDER AND IMPACTED A BRIDGE RAILING. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS EJECTED AND PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
