Initial Narrative     P1 WAS CROSSING SH 102 SOUTHBOUND FROM THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD. V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND IN THE OUTSIDE LANE. P1 MADE IT ACROSS THE BOTH THE WESTBOUND LANES THE TURNING LANE AND THE INSIDE EASTBOUND LANE THEN P1 RAN INTO THE PATH OF V1 IN THE OUTSIDE EASTBOUND LANE.
