Initial Narrative     OPERATOR OF V1 TRAVELING NORTH ON SR 7 IN THE 23000 BLOCK. OPERATOR OF V1 TRAVELED LEFT OF CENTER OVER-CORRECTED AND RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. THE VEHICLE STRUCK THE DITCH AND ROLLED PARTIALLY OVER WHERE IT CAME TO REST.
