Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS SB ON 540. DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF V-1 AND RAN OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE RDWY ROLLING SEVERAL TIMES. V-1 CAME TO REST ON IT'S WHEELS. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED AND PRONOUNCED DEAD ON THE SCENE BY THE WASHINGTON CO CORONER.
