Initial Narrative     DR V-1 WAS TRAVELING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED SOUTHBOUND ON I530 AROUND THE 34MM OVERPASS. DR V-1 ATTEMPTED TO PASS A TRUCK AND IN HIS ATTEMPT TO SWERVE BACK IN FRONT OF THE TRUCK, LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, SPUN AROUND AND LEFT THE ROADWAY BACKWARDS STRIKING A TREE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE.
