Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HWY 28, WEST OF DARDANELLE WHEN THE DRIVER FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE, LEFT THE SOUTHSIDE OF THE ROADWAY, COLLIDING WITH A TREE AND OVERTURNING. BOTH SUBJECTS WERE PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER JUSTIN SHEETS.
