Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 265 PASSING ELECTRIC AVENUE. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS CROSSING THE ROADWAY AND WAS STRUCK BY V1. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE. DRIVER AND PASSENGER OF V1 WERE NOT INJURED.
