Initial Narrative     THE VICTIM, ALONG WITH 3 OTHERS, WERE ATTEMPTING TO CROSS 4 LANES OF TRAFFIC ON EAST HARDING. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS UNABLE TO STOP IN TIME AND STRUCK THE VICTIM. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE, MEGAN STREUSSNIG, DOB-9/9/68, ALSO OF PINE BLUFF, WAS NOT INJURED.
