Initial Narrative     V1 TRAVELED ACROSS THE CENTERLINE AND STRUCK A SIGN AND A CULVERT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. THE VEHICLE THEN STRUCK SEVERAL TREES BEFORE COMING TO FINAL REST. THE DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO UAMS HOSPITAL WHERE HE SUCCUMED TO HIS INJURIES ON 01/20/2024.
