Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING ON INTERSTATE 30 EAST NEAR THE 131MM IN THE NUMBER ONE LANE. AS V1 WAS TRAVELING A P1 ENTERED THE NUMBER ONE LANE. V1 ATTEMPTED TO SWERVE TO MISS THE P1 BUT P1 STRUCK THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE BUMPER OF V1 AND CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE PASSENGER SIDE OF V1.
