Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON 8TH IN THE RIGHT LANE, V-2 WAS STOPPED AT THE INTERSECTION ON MISSOURI ST FACING SOUTH. V-2 ATTEMPTED TO CROSS 8TH AND STRUCK THE LEFT SIDE OF V-1. V-1 LOST CONTROL AND WENT INTO THE RAVINE.
