Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER WAS NEGOTIATING A RIGHT HAND CURVE WHEN HE CROSSED THE CENTERLINE AND WENT OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A TREE ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. HE WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT.
