Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON US HIGHWAY 63. V2 AND V3 WERE TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON US HWY 63. V1 CROSSED THE CENTER TURN LANE AND TRAVELED INTO THE NORTHBOUND INSIDE LANE STRIKING THE FRONT OF V2. V3 WAS UNABLE TO AVOID THE COLLISION.
