Initial Narrative     V1 WAS DRIVING SOUTHBOUND IN THE INSIDE LANE ON US HWY 65B - SKYLINE DR. PEDESTRIAN CROSSED THE HIGHWAY OUTSIDE OF ANY MARKED CROSSWALK WALKING EASTBOUND AND WALKED IN FRONT OF V1. PEDESTRIAN WAS STRUCK BY THE FRONT OF V1 AND INJURED IN THE CRASH. HE WAS TRANSPORTED BY MEMS AMBULANCE TO UAMS AND WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED DUE TO INJURIES FROM THE CRASH BY MEDICAL STAFF THERE AT 9:00 P.M. 02-14-22.
