Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SB ON U.S. HWY 49N. V2 WAS TRAVELING NB ON HWY 49N. V1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND STRUCK V2 HEAD ON. THE OPERATOR OF V2 WAS DECEASED. THE OPERATOR OF V1 WAS WAS TRANSPORTED BY AMBULANCE. THE PASSENGER OF V1 REPORTED NO INJURIES.
