Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS PASSING A VEHICLE AS V-2 WAS APPROACHING. V-1 SWERVED NORTH TO ATTEMPT TO AVOID A COLLISION WITH V-2. V-2 ALSO SWERVED NORTH. V-1 AND V-2 STRUCK HEAD ON AND CROSSED INTO THE NORTH ROADSIDE DITCH WHERE THEY CAME TO REST.
