Initial Narrative     VEH WAS SOUTHBOUND ON COVE CREEK RD ATTEMPTING TO NEGOTIATE A RIGHT HAND CURVE, CROSSED THE CENTER LINE, THEN STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT AND SPUN AROUND. VEH CAUGHT FIRE RESULTING IN DRIVER BEING BURNED TO DEATH.
