V1 OPERATOR FAILED TO YIELD TO V2 WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TURN EAST.V2 STRUCK THE PASSENGER SIDE OF V1. V1 PASSENGER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON 11/30/2021.
