Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON STATE HIGHWAY 79 WHEN IT LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. V1 ATTEMPTED TO RE-ENTER THEY HIGHWAY WHEN THE LOAD SHIFTED CAUSING V1 TO OVERTURN.
