Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 63 ACROSS THE ARKANSAS RIVER BRIDGE. V-2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 63 AND WAS APPROACHING V-1. V-1 CROSSED THE ROADWAY CENTER LINE AND TRAVELED INTO THE SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANE WHERE IT COLLIDED HEAD-ON WITH V-2.
