Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS FLEEING FROM SEARCY POLICE WHEN THE DRIVER EXITED THE ROAD ON THE SOUTH SIDE, TRAVELED 10 FT AND STRUCK A METAL CULVERT, SKIDDED CLOCKWISE TAKING OUT ABOUT 40 FT OF A FENCE, HIT A LARGE CEDAR TREE ON DRIVER SIDE THEN OVERTURNED. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT.
