Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTH ON COUNTY ROAD 95. V1 WENT OFF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A CULVERT, OVERTURNING. V1 CAME TO REST UPSIDE DOWN, SUBMERGED IN A CREEK. DRIVER WAS TRAPPED UNDERWATER. DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE AT 5:40 PM BY CORONER SAM MCCORD.
