Initial Narrative     V1 WAS AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A LEFT-HAND CURVE IN THE ROADWAY. V1 EXITED THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY AND STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT. V1 THEN OVERTURNED AND EJECTED THE DRIVER. V1 CAME TO FINAL REST UPRIGHT FACING WEST IN THE ROADSIDE DITCH.
