Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON THE I-49 EXIT 62 RAMP. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A RIGHT HAND CURVE AND CONTINUED NORTHBOUND BEFORE STRIKING A CULVERT. V1 FLIPPED OVER THE FRONT BUMPER AND FELL INTO THE DITCH BELOW THE CULVERT.
