Initial Narrative     THE VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED WHEN IT RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT, THEN OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES, EJECTING THE DRIVER BEFORE COMING TO A FINAL REST IN AN OPEN FIELD. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT SCENE.
